Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Business Identity

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by R4nk1n Consultancy Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We are registered in Scotland (Company No. SC591761) with our registered office at Woodland Lodge, Dunston Business Village, Stafford, ST18 9FJ. By placing an order on r4nk1n.vip, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Delivery & Logistics

2.1 HGV Access: Deliveries are made via 18-ton lorries with tail lifts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible by such a vehicle.
2.2 Kerbside Delivery: All deliveries are strictly kerbside drops. Any assistance provided by the driver to move goods further into a property is at their discretion and at the customer’s own risk.
2.3 Aborted Deliveries: A booking call will be made on the day of delivery. If the customer is unreachable or access is restricted, the delivery will be aborted. Aborted delivery charges will apply and must be settled before redelivery.
2.4 Consequential Loss: We are not liable for any consequential loss, including loss of profit or project delays, resulting from late or failed deliveries.

3. Inspection & Damages

3.1 Point of Delivery: All items must be unpacked and inspected immediately upon arrival.
3.2 Claims: Any damage or missing parts must be noted on the driver's delivery note. Claims for damage will not be accepted if the goods were signed for in good condition ("clear") or marked "unchecked."

4. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

4.1 Return Window: Customers must notify us of their intent to return an item within 21 days of delivery.
4.2 Condition: Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all documentation.
4.3 Restocking Fee: All authorised returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price.
4.4 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and logistics of returning the goods to our warehouse.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Pre-Dispatch: A 5% administrative fee applies to all cancellations made before the item leaves the warehouse.
5.2 Post-Dispatch (Unopened): A fee of up to 25% of the invoice value plus transport costs applies.
5.3 Post-Unpacking: A charge of up to 60% of the invoice value may apply to account for depreciation and restocking.

6. Refunds

6.1 Inspection: Please allow 3–5 business days for our warehouse to inspect returned goods.
6.2 Timeline: Approved refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days.
