6. LEASING & FINANCE

• 6.1 Status: All lease financing is subject to third-party credit approval. We act strictly as an introducer and are not a party to the finance agreement.

• 6.2 Independence: Lease transactions constitute a separate legal contract between you and the financier; R4NK1N holds no liability for the terms, interest, or execution of that agreement.

• 6.3 Fulfillment: Dispatch of Goods is contingent upon our receipt of a "Clear to Go" or "Satisfaction Note" from the lender. We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from pending documentation or finance processing.
