1. Order Fulfillment & Availability

We strive to ensure that all items marked "In Stock" are available for immediate dispatch. In the rare event that a system discrepancy occurs and an item is unavailable:

  • We will notify you within 1 business day.

  • You will be offered the choice of a prioritized back-order or an immediate full refund to your original payment method.

2. Pricing & Product Accuracy

We maintain rigorous standards for our product data.

  • Accuracy: We ensure that the price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Transparency: Detailed technical specifications are provided for every unit. While images are for illustrative purposes, we guarantee that the technical specifications listed will match the product delivered.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has left our facility for a full 100% refund.

  • After Dispatch: Once an item has been shipped, the order is subject to our Returns Policy (see Section 4).

  • Company Cancellations: If R4NK1N must cancel an order due to unforeseen technical errors, a full refund will be issued immediately.

  • Return Window: You have 21 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return request.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
