3. Delivery & Logistics

3.1 Timeline: Goods will be delivered to the specified Delivery Location or made available for collection within 10 Business Days, subject to stock availability and clear payment/finance approval.

3.2 Estimated Dates: Any quoted delivery dates are estimates only. Time shall not be of the essence for delivery, and R4NK1N is not liable for any direct or indirect losses (including loss of trade) caused by shipping delays.

3.3 Instalments: We reserve the right to deliver Goods in instalments. Delay or defect in one instalment does not entitle the Customer to cancel the remainder of the Order.

3.4 Delivery Failure: If you fail to take delivery or provide adequate instructions:

Risk in the Goods passes to you immediately.

You will be liable for all costs associated with redelivery, storage, and insurance until a successful delivery is completed.

3.5 Site Access & Readiness: You must disclose all site restrictions (e.g., stairs, narrow doorways, vehicle height limits, or parking permits) at the time of Order. Failure to do so may result in an aborted delivery charge.

3.6 Finance Contingency: Goods purchased via a Lease Company will only be dispatched once R4NK1N receives written "Authority to Deliver" and all finance documentation is executed.

3.7 Delivery Scope (Kerbside): Standard delivery is kerbside only. Drivers are not insured to enter your premises or assist with unboxing/positioning unless a "White Glove" or "Positioning" service was booked and paid for in advance.

3.8 Mandatory Inspection: You must inspect the Goods for damage or shortages at the point of delivery.

Damage must be noted on the driver’s Proof of Delivery (POD).

All discrepancies must be reported to R4NK1N in writing within 24 hours.

3.9 Spare Parts Lead Times: We source high-quality components globally. Please note that spare parts sourced from European or international manufacturers may be subject to extended lead times due to customs processing or global logistics.
