Universal Privacy Policy for Mobile Applications

Last Updated: August 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed, built, and published by [Insert Your Name or Developer Studio Name] ("we," "our," or "us").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of all users, especially children. This document outlines our data privacy practices and third-party integrations across our entire mobile application portfolio.

1. Direct Information Collection & Data Retention

We do not directly collect, store, or require any personal information from you (such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or biometric data) to download or use any of our applications.

  • Data Retention Policy: Because we do not directly collect or store any personal user data, we do not retain user records on our servers. Temporary runtime data required for local app functionality remains strictly on the user's device.

2. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs (AdSense / AdMob)

To keep our applications free, we utilize third-party advertising partners, primarily Google AdSense / Google AdMob.

While we do not harvest your data directly, these ad networks may collect non-personal device information automatically to serve advertisements. This data may include:

  • Device hardware model, screen resolution, and operating system version.

  • General location data (country or city level derived from IP address).

  • Technical diagnostic data and ad interaction statistics.

3. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Many of our applications are designed for general audiences and families. We strictly comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and app store family policies across all apps directed at children under the age of 13:

  • No Behavioral or Targeted Ads: We configure our ad networks using the Child-Directed Treatment flag (TFCD / TagForChildDirectedTreatment). This permanently disables interest-based advertising, remarketing, and behavioral tracking.

  • Contextual Ads Only: Children are served contextual advertisements only (ads based solely on the current content of the app, not historical user behavior).

  • No Unique Tracking Identifiers: Third-party advertising partners are restricted from collecting or storing persistent advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) for cross-app tracking in our child-directed apps.

  • Separate Opt-Ins: Core app features do not depend on optional data sharing or targeted ad consent.

4. Third-Party Links & Services

Our apps may display advertisements containing links to third-party websites or services. We assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of external sites. You can learn more about how Google processes ad data by reviewing Google's Privacy & Terms.

5. Contact Us & Parental Rights

Parents and legal guardians maintain full rights regarding their children's privacy. If you have questions about this policy or any of our applications, please contact us at:
