At R4nk1n, we stand by the quality and reliability of our supplied equipment. That’s why many of our products come with up to 5 years parts and labour warranties, ensuring long-term peace of mind. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and faults, giving you confidence in your investment.
Parts Warranty
All products come with a minimum standard 12-month parts-only warranty. Electromechanical components are generally covered for defects and will be replaced with either like-for-like parts or compatible alternatives.
Exceptions
Cosmetic and fabricated items are not covered by the warranty unless reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery. The following items are excluded from the warranty:
Shelves, baskets, trays, and pans
Light bulbs, tubes, gaskets, and trims (considered consumables)
Other consumable items and breakables
Stock loss due to unit failure or any consequential losses
Warranty Conditions
The warranty becomes void if non-approved parts are installed. To process a warranty claim, the serial number of the faulty unit must be provided. We reserve the right to collect faulty parts for inspection if necessary. Please note, the warranty is non-transferable.

Making a Warranty Claim
Before submitting a claim, please confirm your equipment's warranty coverage and validity.

Parts-Only Warranty

Report the Issue – Contact R4nk1n to log the fault. We can recommend a qualified engineer if needed.

Engineer Inspection – An engineer will assess the issue. Call-out fees are not covered under warranty.

Submitting a Claim – The engineer’s report must be sent to R4nk1n. If the fault is manufacturer-related, replacement parts will be provided.

Parts Installation – A qualified engineer must install the new parts. Labour costs are not covered.

Returning Faulty Parts – Some manufacturers require faulty parts to be returned. A £300 refundable deposit may be required until the part is received.​
Parts & Labour Warranty (Full Warranty)

Report the Issue – Contact R4nk1n immediately. A £300 refundable deposit will be taken.

Engineer Inspection – If the issue is a manufacturer fault, the deposit will be fully refunded. If user error is found, the visit will be chargeable.

Repairs & Replacements – Faulty parts will be ordered and installed by an engineer at no cost to the customer.

Coverage Conditions – Any faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or lack of maintenance will not be covered, and all costs will be chargeable.​
Refundable Deposit Policy
A deposit ensures coverage of potential non-warranty costs. If the issue is manufacturer-related, the full deposit is refunded. If caused by misuse, installation errors, or lack of maintenance, the deposit is used toward call-out fees or repairs.
